LET'S GATHER ON COMMON GROUNDS
People often complain about the behavior of others, which they consider questionable, and if we were asked how they should behave instead, we would list a series of actions (and thoughts) that correspond exactly not so much to what is right, but to what we ourselves would do (and think). In short, we would like people to think and behave as we do. This could actually work very well and effectively combat loneliness, but only if one manages to be consistent with both one's strengths and weaknesses, and the problem lies precisely in the unequal "visibility" of strengths and weaknesses, that is: our strengths and others' weaknesses are right before our eyes, clearly visible in every shade of sight and light; on the contrary, others' strengths and our own weaknesses we carry in the backpack on our shoulders, visible only.
Regardless, it's still worth trying: so let's look for people similar to us and group together on those common grounds that we consider essential for well-being.
